Enjoy the privileged location of this modern holiday home, just a few steps from Playa Chica, in the heart of El Médano. It has a small private terrace with side sea views, two bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, a spacious and bright living room with a large TV and international channels, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all the appliances you may need during your stay and a comfortable dining area, as well as an interior patio. This accommodation is characterised by modern and linear finishes, like the recently constructed building (2021). The supermarket is located on the ground floor of the building, just below the apartment!!!! As usual, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, beach towels, ironing kit and hairdryer are included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We would like to advise our guests that nearby, 30-80m away from this property, a building work is in progress which may cause occasional noise, Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 18.00 hrs., until the beginning of 2026.

We would like to advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment such as bicycles, equipment for kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or other within this holiday home.
