The property has two complete bathrooms with modern walk-in showers, a spacious living room with 5 electric awnings, air conditioning (available only in the living room), and an open-space kitchen with a KRION worktop ( especially customized for this kitchen), fully equipped with all its equipment specifically selected with the utmost care and attention to quality, water filter and dishwasher. The views of the sea, the Playa Chica and the Montaña Roja in the background from here are a picture to be enjoyed at a glance. For those who prefer to fall asleep with this view, the living room is equipped with a top quality sofa bed with a 16 cm high mattress, not to be envied to a real bed, and "black-out" curtains that ensure darkness and protect from possible noises. Your balcony, as well as the whole big window area, are completely protected from the wind. For those who use this magical place for work, there is also a desk, a large PC screen and a comfortable chair.
Everything is just a stone's throw away... Cafés, restaurants and above all the sea... Get out of the building and immerse yourself in it!
As usual in our proposals, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, international TV channels, bed linen and towels, beach towels, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
