Holiday townhouse in modern and linear style, brand new (Dec.2022). 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers, only a few minutes walking distance to the centre of El Médano and close to the beach of La Jaquita, a quieter area compared to the centre of the village. The residential complex has a 17m long community pool for adults and one for children. This spacious holiday home offers a large living room with flat screen TV and thousands of international channels as well as streaming options, access to the terrace with dining area, sun loungers, a sun awning for sun protection and a modern independent kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and all the appliances that might be useful during your stay and a work area with a desk in one of the bedrooms. Our guests can take advantage of the free and fast fibre optic Wi-Fi connection as well as the washing machine in a small laundry room. For maximum comfort, a private underground parking space is also included. Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the second terrace, private and enclosed, with direct access from the street.
As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
