Every single area has a very exclusive and high standard decoration. This property has an amazing corner terrace with 85m2 on which you can find 4 electrical sun and wind blinds ( also very useful for privacy), 6 sun loungers, an outdoor hot shower, a big relaxing and dining area and breathtaking sea and sunset views!!!! You will enjoy the sunshine during the whole day and its strategic position protects you from the wind. Just chill and dream looking over the ocean in the heart of El Médano! Nataliias beach loft has a very modern, fully equipped, high quality built in kitchen with a massive fridge / freezer, dishwasher and plenty of any appliances you could need.
It also has a private parking place, a colour printer, two warm water boilers for the best comfort and a safe.
Bed linen, towels, beachtowels, hairdryer, ironing kit, highspeed WiFi and Astra Sat TV , thousands of International IP TV channels, TV series and TV movies on demand are all included. We advise that this property is on the 1st floor and has no lift. As this holiday home is very central located, please notice that there might be some noise issues beacuse of the proximity of bars and restaurants. This might be until 04:00 AM!

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

THE COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATION UNTIL NEW ADVISE.
WE ADVISE THAT UNTIL NEW ADVISE THERE WILL BE NOISE DISTURBANCES BECAUSE OF THE BUILDING'S FAÇADE RENOVATION. PENDING OF THE KIND OF LEVEL OF DISTURBANCES, WE WILL REFUND UP TO MAXIMUM 20% OF PAID RENTAL. WE STRICTLY ADVISE THAT THE MAXIMUM REFUND IS 20% ONLY FOR WORKING DAYS WITH EFFECTIVE NOISE DISTURBANCES AND ONLY IF THE PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THEM.
