Comfortable holiday home in front of La Jaquita beach, a well-known sandy beach ideal for families and non-motorised water sports, with a private terrace to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and a breathtaking sunrise. This accommodation has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a comfortable bathroom with bathtub and an independent and fully equipped kitchen with all kind of appliances you may need. On the terrace you will find a dining area and a sun lounger to enjoy the sun of the island of eternal spring at any time of the year.
Its excellent location allows you to enjoy the peace and quiet within walking distance of the centre. Private underground parking is also available.
The complex is very well maintained and regularly serviced and has a lift.
As usual in our holiday homes, bed linen and towels, beach towels, fibre optic Wi-Fi, German TV channels and Amazon Firestick, hairdryer and ironing kit are included.

We advise our guests that in case of late check-in after 19:00 hours, a late check-in fee of 30,00€ will be charged, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.

We advise all our guests that it is strictly PROHIBITED to store sports equipment such as bicycles, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or other sports equipment inside this holiday home.

THE PROXIMITY OF TENERIFE SUR AIRPORT MAY OCCASIONALLY, DEPENDING ON THE WIND DIRECTION, CAUSE NOISE NUISANCE DUE TO AIR TRAFFIC.
