Large penthouse newly refurbished (April 2024) with a lot of attention to detail and high quality materials. It offers wide views to the sea and the Montaña Roja, in the centre of El Medano only a few steps away from the main beach and the Plaza. Space, comfort and privacy... you will find these fundamental characteristics in this wonderful accommodation with two double bedrooms with king size beds, two modern bathrooms (one en-suite) with walk-in showers, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious living room with direct access to the large terrace which is undoubtedly the highlight of this holiday home. The terrace is sheltered from the wind and has an outdoor dining area with awning, a chill out corner with a sofa and sun loungers, to enjoy the sun and the magnificent view in a central yet quiet area. For those who take advantage of this magical place to work, there is also a desk, a large PC screen and a comfortable ergonomic chair.
As usual in our proposals, Wi-Fi fibre optic connection, international TV channels, bed linen and towels, beach towels, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included.

Please note that in case the check-in time is after 19:00 hours, a late check-in service supplement of 30,00€ will be requested, which can be paid on arrival in cash or by credit card through a payment link.
